Mares that are open are so at no fault of their own. Did not breed due to Roger's knee surgery and Peggy's car accident.

Show/broodmare prospects:

Obviously Shez Fancy, 2007 Bay Mare by Obvious Legacy, an own son of Obvious Conclusion and a Freeway Foxy daughter. Dam: FDS Cassie(FDS Major Casmire X Impressive Bay Leo daughter). This mare was shown in the MN Quarter Horse futurities as a weanling and yearling and is a futurity money earner. She is very quiet and does not get upset no matter where you put her. Very easy to handle. She was just brought up into the barn. Terry Bradshaw raised her mother. Her mother is our best producer for having big futurity babies. She is NN and is open. She could either go to the show pen or be a broodmare. Asking $3500 OBO

A Scarlet Starlet, 2006 Sorrel Mare by Obvious Legacy, an own son of Obvious Conclusion and a Freeway Foxy daughter. Dam: AF Windstar, a grand daughter of Mr Conclusion and a grand daughter of Mr Impressive. This mare definitely a show prospect for someone looking for an older show horse. She is currently turned out due to lack of space while getting ready for the futurity. Will be brought back to the barn in a couple of weeks. She is about 15-3 or 16hands tall and is NN but has quite a bit of muscle to go to the AQHA shows once she is fitted up. She also would make someone a great broodmare as her mother has had big babies. Firmly priced at $5500.

Sheza Cool Legacy, 2008 Sorrel Mare by Obvious Legacy and a Freeway Foxy daughter. Dam: Cool Ingenue, an own daughter of Ima Cool Skip and out of a Walla Bonanza daughter. The dam produced several nice foals for us with all of them having great dispositions and being easy to handle including the stud colts. This filly is the same way. Easy to get along with and is a very easy keeper when she on pasture/hay/grain. She was shown last year in the MN Quarter Horse futurities and is a futurity money earner. This filly is NN but has lots of muscle to go to the horse shows and she is very pretty as her dam had put very pretty heads on all of her babies. Asking $2500 OBO

He Will Impressem, 2008 Sorrel Colt by Obvious Legacy and a Freeway Foxy daughter. Dam: FDS Cassie(FDS Major Casmire X daughter of Impressive Bay Leo). This colt is 15-3 hands and is NN but has lots of muscle and is getting better with age. He won the MN Quarter Horse Breeder's futurity as a weanling and as a yearling. He is a very pretty colt and resembles alot of his sire as far as looks a disposition. Very easy to handle and to get along with and would make someone an excellent stud prospect or gelding if someone desires to have a gelding. Asking $3500 OBO

This colt is a full brother to one listed above and is a very, very pretty colt. This colt has a very good topline and has since he was a baby. This colt will be shown in the MN Quarter Horse futurity in 2 weeks and is already a futurity money earner. He is probably close to 15-3 as a late yearling as he was an April baby. Hez Obviously A Star, 2009 Brown colt by Obvious Legacy, an own son of Obvious Conclusion and a Freeway Foxy. Dam: Mexacali Cool, an own daughter of Ima Cool Skip and out of a daughter of Surenuffskippa. Dam has her Superiors in Amateur and Open. This is her second foal who is a futurity money earner and will be shown in the futurity in a couple of weeks. He is a very pretty and balanced colt. He is NN. We are asking $5000 OBO.

2010 Foals:

2010 red dun stud colt by Sir Cool Layne(Ima Cool Skip X Lois Layne). Dam: Catch Mia Star(great grand daughter of Impressive X mother is own daughter of Skipa Star with Jackie Bee breeding). This colt will definitely be a show prospect as he is 3/4 brother to 4 AQHA halter point earners with a total of 252 halter points. We have him firmly priced at $3500 and can be double registered.
2010 palomino filly by Obvious Legacy, an own son of Obvious Conclusion and a Freeway Foxy daughter. Dam: Pure Gold and Chrome, is mostly a foundation bred mare. She is by King Hawkeye and out of a mare called Windchesters Bullet by Windchester King. This filly is more haltery looking and will definitely be a show prospect. She is NN and can be double registered. She is a very pretty and balanced filly with a very pretty head and neck. Firmly priced at $4500.

A full brother to Shez Obviously Fancy and to He Will Impressem, both listed on our for sale page. This colt is the same quality as the other two. He too will be a winner. He is a tall elegant colt with a beautiful head and neck and the best topline you will ever see. He has a great hip and tons of muscle. This is another one of those colts that would make an excellent stallion prospect and needs to go to a show home. We plan to show him ourselves until he is sold, and he will be our breeders futurity entry next year. We had the best set of colts this year that we have ever raised in one year. This colt was foaled April 21st, but will be a big boy. He has a beautiful head and neck, a big gorgeous eye and a great personality. He is very correct and well balanced. With his breeding and quality he would make an excellent stallion and show prospect. He needs to go to a show home.

A very nice colt by - his dam has produced all colts for us since we have had her. Her first one by Legacy is standing at stud in Iowa and is a very nice horse. This colt will be her last foal as she is very crippled and has a hard time getting around. All of the previous colts have been NN and we haven't tested this one yet, but with his muscle I think this one may be NH. He has the typical beautiful head that all of Legacy's foals have, he is correct and very well balanced.

He is really a big boy with lots of pretty. He is by Obvious Legacy and out of FDS Cassie, a black mare on our broodmare page. He has a real nice disposition and will make either an excellent stallion prospect for show and breeding, or a nice halter horse or all around gelding.

This is a big pretty filly with lots of muscle definition, pretty head, looong trim neck. and is very correct. She is a full sister to our winning futurity colt from last year "He Will Impressem" and this years entry "Hez Obviously Fancy". We are currently fitting these colts for the futurity. Due to limited space we have this filly running out with our other two and three year old fillies. This filly will make a nice halter prospect for next year and later an excellent broodmare. This filly is gorgeous. She has a pretty head, looong pretty neck, very well balanced body with tons of muscle and as straight and correct as you could ask for. She needs to go to a show home. She is also running out temporarily due to lack of stall space, but will be coming back in this fall after the futurity babies are done being shown. With this mares breeding she will make an excellent addition to any broodmare band, whether you raise halter horses or performance horses. She has a beautiful head and neck, is very well balanced and correct, and has a great disposition. Wouldn't be for sale at all except she is a daughter of our stallion and we would need to breed outside, which we will do this year if we don't sell her before breeding season.

A big beautiful sorrel mare. This cross has produced some excellent halter foals. One of our clients, Ron and Mary Smith, recently bought this filly's full sister and went to their first set of shows last weekend and received all Grands and were circut champions - put on 7 halter points. Her sister is an aged mare that we just hadn't had a chance to get to the shows. The same people also bought the full brother to this mare last year right off the mare. This filly is the same quality and should also go to a show home. She has a gorgeous head, good neck and tons of muscle for an NN mare, huge forearms and gaskin just like her mother and her siblings.

Known at the farm as Petula. This filly needs to go to a show home. We pretty much have her ready to go but haven't had the time to get her to any shows. She has a nice head and neck, a very defined withers, lots of muscle and is very balanced and correct. She will go on to be a fantastic broodmare as she comes from a great maternal line. Her dam has 35.5 halter points with limited showing and her grand dam had 233.5 halter points. She will crib a bit when she is confined in a stall, but is fine with a strap on. Doesn't bother when she is running out.

In foal to Classic Style Gold for an April 2011 foal. The foal will be 3/4 brother or sister to Kimberlee's Gold N Centerfold.
